Jade Regent - An Adventure Journey

The group of adventurers leaves the town of  Sandpoint  over the  Sandpoint  Bridge in a southeasterly direction. Nikta manages to find a single horse track pointing south among all the tracks left on the road by the caravan heading to  Sandpoint . The bright moonlight is enough to follow the track along the road through the hills to the south. Shortly before the road reaches the Brinestump Swamp and passes it to the east, the horses turn onto a small path that leads into the swamp. A short time later, the heroes are standing on a cliff that drops about 10 m deep. The Brinestump Swamp stretches out in front of them in the darkness, crossed by countless waterways that glitter in the moonlight and flow lazily eastwards towards the sea. A small path zigzags down the cliff and disappears into the swamp. Nikta examines the trail again and can confirm that the rider, a man or an unusually tall woman based on the boot prints, dismounted here and led his horse down...

On a warm spring evening in the year 4711 after Aroden, Hanrin enters the "Rusty Dragon" inn in the tranquil coastal town of Sandpoint. Hanrin is a young man of slim, almost delicate stature, with fine facial features. He wears his blond hair a little longer, his blue eyes shine friendly, and when he smiles, two small dimples appear on his cheeks. As usual, he is wearing a red robe,   decorated   with finely embroidered golden symbols and wide sleeves that reach down to his beautiful hands. He is in a great mood, because later that evening he has arranged to meet Elisabeth, the daughter of the local grocer Vinders, and they will certainly spend the night in the hayloft of the nearby stables and talk about their future together. Hi Adventurer and welcome to the Jade Regent blog post. My name is Daniel and I have been playing Fantasy Role Play (FRP) since my early youth starting with "Das Schwarze Auge", a german pendant to Dungeons & Dragons, switching into J.J.R.s Middle Earth soon with short excursions to Deadlands, Shadowrun and others. I mainly play as a DM, but I also enjoy switching roles and participate as a player. Since a couple of years I run a group in the Pathfinder 1st edition universe, mainly located in Varisia. We managed to go through the "Shattered Star" adventure path and recently started "Jade Regent". I decided to document our storyline in this blog for every interested person to enjoy.
